About Us
Our family is raising registered Braunvieh cattle & direct to consumer, farm to table beef in south Texas. Our beef herd contains Akaushi (wagyu), Angus and Braunvieh breeds that make delicious & top quality beef. Since childhood, we have dreamed of raising our own beef. We saw an opportunity in 2022 and decided to get started building our dream.
What is Texcaliber?
We wanted a name that spoke for itself in both origin and quality. Our love for our home state of Texas was an obvious choice. We also wanted to distinguish the caliber of our herd and beef in the cattle industry. That's how Texcaliber was born.
